This company was started to do what we love. Cook.
 
Our Chef, Sam, began her training in the kitchens of The Savoy Hotel, London  before moving up to Scotland to the 5* Fairmont St Andrews, where she quickly jumped through the ranks.
 
Finally she took a big step up to go to Michelin Star, The Peat Inn, to learn how to cook and prepare food to an even higher standard, consistently, understanding clarity of flavour and accuracy of cooking.
 
After some time travelling, Sam felt the draw back into the kitchen and began Stanley Dining to share her love of food with people. Sam is obsessed with Scottish Produce, it is one of the best in the world and we're lucky to have it right on our doorstep, whether its working with local fishmongers for incredible Scottish Seafood or foraging wild herbs and plants locally. We always try to showcase all this produce in our dishes, sourcing locally & seasonally wherever possible.

What we aim to achieve is a restaurant environment  in your home, but without the stress of all that comes alongside this nowadays and without the washing up!

How it works!

Go to our Contact Us page and fill in the form - let us know number of guests, location & any special requests

Our Chef will then reply to you and create a custom menu

Confirm any changes you'd like to make with Chef & we'll send you an invoice for a deposit to confirm the booking.

On the day we will get there 1-2 hours earlier for setting up and getting your food organised

Sit back and enjoy and we'll leave the kitchen spotless.
